比较PCR-荧光探针法与其他方法对性病门诊中衣原体和淋球菌检出率的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的比较PCR-荧光探针法与乳胶法(即沙眼衣原体抗原检测法)和淋球菌培养法对性病门诊就诊者生殖道分泌物中沙眼衣原体和淋球菌检出率,控讨PCR-荧光探针法的优势。方法采集2015年3月至2015年12月上海市皮肤病医院虬江分院性病门诊就诊的428位患者的生殖道分泌物,采用PCR-荧光探针法检测分泌物中的衣原体和淋球菌,并与乳胶法和淋球菌培养法对比。结果(1)PCR荧光探针法在衣原体的检测中,428份标本中衣原体阳性检出率显著高于乳胶法(9.95%vs 4.21%)P<0.01。(2)PCR荧光探针法在淋球菌的检测中,428份标本中淋球菌阳性检出率显著高于淋球菌培养法(7.24%vs 2.80%,P<0.01)。(3)PCR荧光探针法在性病门诊的应用显著增加衣原体和淋球菌阳性率的检出,有助于临床感染的早期诊断和及时治疗。结论 PCR-荧光探针法的敏感性显著高于乳胶法和淋球菌培养法,适合广泛应用于性病门诊中检测衣原体和淋球菌,有助于临床早期诊断和治疗。 Objective To comparatively analyze the detection rate oftrachomatis and gonorrhoeae in genital tract secretion using PCR fluorescence probe method, Emulsion method, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae culture method. Methods Genital tract secretion samples of 428 patients from Qiujiang Branch of Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital STD clinic during March 2015 to December 2015 were collected. Chlamydia and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in genital tract secretions were detected by PCR- fluorescent probe, Emulsion method and Neisseria gonorrhoeae culture method, respectively. Results (1) Among 428 specimens, the positive rate of Chlamydia using PCR- fluorescent probe method was significantly higher than that using Emulsion method(9.95% vs 4.21%), P〈0.01. (2)Among 428 specimens, the positive rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae using PCR- fluorescent probe method was significantly higher than that using Neisseria gonorrhoeae culture method(7.24% vs 2.80%),P〈0.01. (3) PCR- fluorescent probe method significantly improved the detection rate of Chlamydia and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, it also improved early diagnosis and therefore treatment of Chlamydia and Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection. Conclusion Due to the higher sensitiveness of PCR- fluorescent probe method, it can be widely used in the STD clinics to detect the Chlamydia and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, which are helpful to early diagnosis and treatment of Chlamydia and Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection.
