特殊情况紧急抢救输血的临床病例分析——附4例报告

Clinical case analysis of emergency blood transfusion under special circumstances( a report of four cases)

目的分析实施《特殊情况紧急抢救输血推荐方案》(简称《推荐方案》)的临床效果及意义。方法回顾分析符合《推荐方案》应用范围的4例输血病例的临床特征,申请用血的启动指征、启动流程、采取实施的方案及效果。结果应用《推荐方案》实施紧急抢救输血的患者得到及时的输血救治,挽救了生命且均未发生不良反应。结论《特殊情况紧急抢救输血推荐方案》对引导输血工作者正确处理和解决临床突发特殊情况,使患者得到及时有效的输血,挽救患者生命具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and significance of implementing the recommended scheme for emergency blood transfusion under special circumstances（ hereinafter referred to as ＂recommended scheme＂）. Methods The clinical features,the start indication,the process of blood transfusion and the effect of blood transfusion in four transfusion cases which met the＂recommended program＂criteria were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients received transfusion treatment in a timely manner according to the＂recommended scheme＂in emergency rescue transfusion. Their lives were saved,without occurrence of adverse reactions. Conclusion The＂recommended scheme for emergency blood transfusion of special circumstances＂is of great significance to guide transfusion workers to properly handle and to solve clinical emergency circumstances,and to allow patients receive timely and effective blood transfusion and to save lives.
