摘要
目的探讨戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉对比格犬血液流变学特性和静脉血气的影响。方法比格犬30只,分别在麻醉前清醒状态和麻醉后15 min,于前肢内测皮下头静脉采血4 m L/只做血液流变学参数测定,取200μL/只立即做血气分析测定。结果戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉前后比格犬外周静脉血中Hb(g/L)为16.31±1.07 vs 13.13±0.94,Hct(%)为49.99±3.27 vs 40.25±2.88(P<0.01);不同切应力下的全血粘度(m Pa·s)分别为10(s-1)∶7.11±0.88vs 5.03±1.39,50(s-1)∶4.47±0.42 vs 3.50±0.53,150(s-1)∶3.73±0.36 vs 2.92±0.33(P<0.01);红细胞聚集指数为47.72±2.20 vs 43.18±3.23,聚集时间(s)为0.272±0.034 vs 0.430±0.124(P<0.01);血乳酸(Lac)浓度(mmol·L-1)为1.46±0.56 vs 1.03±0.44(P<0.01),静脉血氧分压(PvO2)(mm Hg)为48.69±8.45 vs 55.39±8.16,静脉血氧饱和度(SvO2)(%)为84.56±7.00 vs 90.53±3.46(P<0.01)。结论戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉可能在一定程度上改善实验动物的血流灌注,提示在失血性休克复苏血流灌注指标评价时应考虑戊巴比妥钠麻醉的影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of sodium pentobarbital intravenous anesthesia on hemorheological parameters and venous blood gas in beagles. Methods Blood samples from beagles( n = 30),in awake and anesthetized status,were collected from the cephalic vein and were used for hemorheological parameters and venous blood gas detection.Results After intravenous sodium pentobarbital anesthesia,the changes of the parameters were compared with waking state and were as followed: peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration( Hb) were( 16. 31 ± 1. 07 vs 13. 13 ± 0. 94),red blood cell hematocrit( Hct) were( 49. 99 ± 3. 27 vs 40. 25 ± 2. 88)( P 0. 01). The viscosity of whole blood decreased significantly from 7. 11 ± 0. 88 to 5. 03 ± 1. 39 at a shearing force of 10 s- 1,from 4. 47 ± 0. 42 to 3. 50 ± 0. 53,and from 3. 73 ±0. 36 to 2. 92 ± 0. 33 at a shearing force of 50 s- 1( P 0. 01). While after anesthesia,erythrocyte aggregation index decreased prominently( 47. 72 ± 2. 20 vs 43. 18 ± 3. 23)( P 0. 01). Also,the erythrocyte aggregation time was prolonged( 0. 272 ± 0. 034 vs 0. 430 ± 0. 124)( P 0. 01). In addition,when comparing with pre anesthesia status,the venous blood lactate concentration( Lac) decreased prominently after anesthesia( 1. 46 ± 0. 56 vs 1. 03 ± 0. 44)( P 0. 01). The partial venous oxygen pressure( Pv O2)( 48. 69 ± 8. 45 vs 55. 39 ± 8. 16) and oxygen saturation( Sv O2) increased significantly( 84. 56 ± 7. 00 vs 90. 53 ± 3. 46)( P 0. 01). Conclusion Sodium pentobarbital intravenous anesthesia could somewhat improve the blood perfusion in beagles.
