2012-2014年广州市团体单位无偿献血招募的现状和新趋势

Current status and trends of volunteer non-remunerated blood donation recruitment in groups: analysis of whole blood donation data in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2014

目的探讨团体单位无偿献全血招募的现状和新趋势。方法根据2012-2014年广州市献全血数据,分析街头和团体献全血人次与献全血量的变化,重点对比大专院校和非大专院校的差别。结果 2013年街头献全血人次(151 858)和总献全血量(254 251 U)均有下降(-7.72%和-10.07%),团体献血人次(163 123)和献血量(210914 U)均上升(3.05%和4.51%),而2014年恰好相反,团体献血人次(145 643)和献血量(194 540 U)出现下降(-10.72%和-7.76%)。2014年出现了非大专院校献血人次(93 888)和献血量(126 046 U)都明显下降(-13.44%和-13.01%),大专院校献血人次(51 755)下降(-5.32%),但献血量(68 494 U)上升(3.74%),原因是在团体单位中推行采集300 m L血液后,非大专院校的400 m L献血率(27.72%)下降,但大专院校的300 m L(32.28%)和400m L(16.30%)献血率有明显上升。结论团体单位无偿献血招募工作仍然面临很多挑战,采供血机构必须与时俱进,不断创新无偿献血招募和宣传方式,才能使无偿献血事业稳固发展。

Objective To investigate the current status and new trends of voluntary non-remunerated blood donation recruitment in corporations and universities. Methods The numbers of whole blood donors at mobile blood drives and donors from groups were compared and contrasted. The comparison on whole blood donation between non-universities and universities was emphasized,based on the data in Guangzhou from 2012 to 2014. Results In 2013,the numbers（ 151 858） and amount of whole blood donation（ 254 251 U） at mobile blood drives decreased by 7. 72% and 10. 07% respectively,whereas the numbers（ 163 123） and amount（ 210 914 U） of group donation increased by 3. 05% and 4. 51%. On the contrary,the numbers（ 145 643） and amount（ 194 540 U） of blood donation in group donation decreased by（- 10. 72% and-7. 76%） in 2014. The numbers（ 93 888） and amount（ 126 046 U） of blood donation in a non-university setting decreased by 13. 44% and 13. 01% in 2014 respectively. Though the number of donations in universities（ 51 755） decreased by5. 32%,the amount（ 68 494 U） increased by 3. 74%. The reasons for the fluctuation might attribute to the decrease in the400 m L donation rate（ 27. 72%） in non-universities and increase in 300 m L（ 32. 28%） and 400 m L（ 16. 30%） donation rate in universities,since the implementation of 300 m L donation. Conclusion There remain many challenges in group voluntary blood donation recruitment. Blood collection and supply institutions must keep pace with the times,renew the methods of recruitment and campaign,which can ensure the steady development of voluntary non-remunerated blood donation.
