西洛他唑联合尼可地尔治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效

Therapeutic effect of cilostazol combined nicorandil on lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease

目的:观察西洛他唑联合尼可地尔治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(LEAOD)的疗效。方法:入选2013年10月~2014年10月在我院住院的冠心病合并LEAOD患者84例。根据随机数字表法,患者被随机均分为西洛他唑组(接受抗血小板、调脂治疗的同时接受西洛他唑治疗)和联合治疗组(在西洛他唑组基础上加用尼可地尔治疗),两组均治疗3个月。观察比较两组治疗前后足背动脉血流量和踝臂指数(ABI)的变化。结果:治疗前两组患者的足背动脉血流量和ABI均无显著差异(P均>0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后足背动脉血流量和ABI均显著升高(P均<0.01),且与西洛他唑组比较,联合治疗组足背动脉血流量[(0.60±0.05)m·s^(-1)·cm^(-2)比(0.80±0.07)m·s^(-1)·cm^(-2)]和ABI[(0.84±0.21)比(1.03±0.22)]升高更显著(P均<0.01)。结论:西洛他唑联合尼可地尔治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症效果显著,值得推广。

To observe therapeutic effect of cilostazol combined nicorandil on lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease （LEAOD）. Methods： A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） complicatedLEAOD hospitalized in our hospital from Oct 2013 to Oct 2014 were enrolled. According to random number table, patients were randomly and equally divided into cilostazol group （received anti-platelet,lipid lowering therapycilostazol） and combined treatment group （received additional nicorandil based on cilostazol group）,both groups were reated for three months. Changes of dorsalis pedis artery blood flow volume and ankle-brachiai index （ABI）were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results： There difference in dorsalis pedis artery blood flow volume and ABI between two groups before treatment,P 〉 0 .Compared with before treatment,therewere significant rise indorsalis pedis artery blood flow volume and ABI inboth groups after treatment,P〈0. 01 ail. Compared with cilostazol group, there were significant rise in dorsalis pedis artery blood flowvolume [ （0. 60 ± 0. 05） ms^- 1 cm^- 2 vs. （0. 80 ± 0. 07） ms^- 1 cm^-2] andABI [ （0. 84 ± 0. 21） vs. （1. 03 ± 0.22）] in combined treatment group,P 〈 0 . 01 aii. Conclision： Cilostaznificant therapeutic effects on lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease,which is worth extending.
