丹七软胶囊对冠心病患者血流及凝血的作用

Effect of Danqi soft capsule on blood flow and coagulation in patients with coronary arteriosclerosis disease

目的:探讨丹七软胶囊对冠心病行经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术患者血流及凝血的作用。方法:选择我院收治的500例冠心病行PCI术治疗患者,患者被随机均分为常规治疗组和丹七组(在常规治疗组基础上加用丹七软胶囊)。比较两组手术前后TIMI血流分级、治疗后血小板计数、抗X因子活性峰值、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、D-二聚体水平、出血并发症以及30d内主要不良心脏事件(MACE)发生率。结果:与常规治疗组比较,丹七组TIMI Ⅲ级患者比例(82.00%比91.20%)升高更显著,P<0.01。与常规治疗组比较,治疗后10d丹七组血小板计数[(12.12±1.21)10^(12)/L比(8.25±0.77)10^(12)/L]和ET[(70.39±10.03)ng/L比(58.06±9.17)ng/L]水平显著降低,抗X因子活性峰值[(0.37±0.05)IU/ml比(0.76±0.08)IU/ml]和NO[(37.54±9.26)μmol/L比(64.31±10.35)μmol/L]水平显著升高(P均<0.01)。两组均未发生血小板减少症,且出血并发症发生率无显著差异(P均>0.05)。与常规治疗组比较,丹七组30d MACE发生率(10.00%比4.40%)显著降低,P=0.02。结论:丹七软胶囊治疗冠心病患者,可明显改善凝血功能及冠脉的血流灌注,降低30d内主要不良心脏事件发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of Danqi soft capsule on blood flow and coagulation in patients with coronary arteriosclerosis disease(CAD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 500 CAD cases undergoing PCI treated in our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group and Danqi group(received Danqi soft capsule based on routine treatment group).TIMI blood flow grade before and after PCI,platelet count,anti-X factor activity peak,levels of nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),prothrombin time(PT)and D-dimer after treatment,incidence rates of hemorrhage complications and 30 dmajor adverse cardiovascular events were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with routine treatment group,there was significant rise in percentage of patients with TIMI grade Ⅲ(82.00% vs.91.20%)in Danqi group,P<0.01.Compared with routine treatment group10 dafter treatment,there were significant reductions in platelet count[(12.12±1.21)10^(12)/L vs.(8.25±0.77)10^(12)/L]and ET level[(70.39±10.03)ng/L vs.(58.06±9.17)ng/L],and significant rise in anti-X factor activity peak[(0.37±0.05)IU/ml vs.(0.76±0.08)IU/ml]and NO level[(37.54±9.26)μmol/L vs.(64.31±10.35)μmol/L]in Danqi group,P<0.01 all.No thrombocytopenia occurred in both groups,and there were no significant difference in incidence rate of hemorrhage complication between two groups,P>0.05 all.Compared with routine treatment group,there was significant reduction in incidence rate of 30dMACE(10.00% vs.4.40%)in Danqi group,P=0.02.Conclusion:Danqi soft capsule can significantly improve coagulation function,coronary blood flow perfusion and reduce incidence rate of 30 d MACE in CAD patients.
