东阳市污水处理厂提标改造——强化物化处理、后置反硝化生化处理、建造人工湿地

Upgrading and Reconstruction of Dongyang Wastewater Treatment Plant——Enhanced Physicochemical Treatment,Post Denitrification Biological Aerated Filter,Constructed Wetlands

东阳市污水处理厂规模为6万m^3/d,主要承担主城区生活污水及服装工业园区内工业废水的处理,原处理设施执行城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级B标准。该厂一期改水解池为混凝沉淀池和A/O池、改良CAST进水方式及泥水混合效果,改曝气生物滤池为反硝化滤池;二期增设混合絮凝池、改DN/CN滤池为A^2/O。在污水处理厂下游设置人工湿地公园,总面积约为1.5×10~5m^2,包括生态氧化塘、砾石床、潜流湿地、表面流湿地、景观塘,目前出水主要水质指标优于地表水Ⅳ类水质标准。

Dongyang wastewater treatment plant mainly undertakes domestic sewage of the city and industrial wastewater of garment industrial park with the scale of 60 000 m^3/d.Effluent quality of WWTP implements the first level B in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.In the First phase,WWTP reconstructed hydrolyze tank to coagulative precipitation tank and A/O tank,improved the pattern of influent and mixing effect of CAST,and reconstructed BAF to DN filter.In the second phase,WWTP added a mixing flocculation tank,changed DN/CN filters to A^2/O.In addition,a wetland park with 15 hectares was constructed at the downstream of WWTP including ecology oxidation ponds,gravel beds,sub-surface wetlands,surface flow wetlands and landscape ponds.At present,main water quality indicators of effluent are better than Standard Ⅳ class of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water.
