河道维修养护质量管理评价方法

Evaluation Methodologe of Quality Management for Rivers' Maintenance of Conservation

文中针对上海市河道管理养护工作需要,结合现有规范,建立了河道维修养护质量评价模型,并利用改进的层次分析法确定了各评价对象的权重,将该评价模型应用于河道维修养护质量评价实例中,评价结果表明该评价模型行之有效,可为上海市乃至全国的河道维修养护质量评价提供借鉴。

According to river maintenance management schemes and standards in Shanghai,an evaluation model of river maintenance quality was established by the author.In addition,the weight coefficient of each index was evaluated by the improved analytic hierarchy process（IAHP）.Finally,the model was applied to a practical river maintenance quality assessment.The results prove that this method is reasonable and effective,which can provide a beneficial reference for the evaluation of river maintenance quality in Shanghai,even in the whole country.
