D301离子交换树脂去除溴酸根的处理工艺

摘要 该文通过使用D301离子交换树脂及活性炭进行水中溴酸根离子吸附去除的研究,建立了二甲基黄褪色光度法测量溴酸根浓度标准曲线,分析了水中常见不同浓度氯离子、硝酸根、硫酸根、腐植酸对吸附结果的影响,并对D301的静态试验结果进行了等温曲线拟合。结果表明:溴酸根浓度标准曲线方程为y=1.709 9x+0.076 7,线性范围为0~12μg/10 mL,R^2为0.999 7;D301离子交换树脂的吸附性能优于活性炭,D301对水中溴酸根离子的吸附量为20.7 mg/g,是活性炭对水中溴酸根离子吸附量的18.8倍;四种干扰离子不同程度地影响D301离子交换树脂对溴酸根的吸附效果,且干扰离子浓度越高,影响越大。 This paper studied adsorption removal of D301 resin and activated carbon for bromate ion,established the standard curve of dimethyl yellow-spectrophotometric method for measuring the concentration of bromate,and analyzed the effects of nitrate ion,chloride ion,humic acid and sulfate ion on adsorption.The results show that the concentration of bromate standard curve equation is y =1.709 9x + 0.076 7,with linear range being 0-12 μg/10 mL,R-2 being 0.999 7.Adsorption performance of D301 resin is better than that of activated carbon,with adsorption capacity being 20.7 mg/g and 18.8 times than that of activated carbon.Four kinds of interference ions impact the adsorption performance of D301 resin in different degrees,and greater with higher concentration.
