酒店污水处理站技术改造工程

Technical Renovation Project of Wastewater Treatment Station of a Hotel

某酒店污水处理站主要处理酒店客房及餐厅污水,总处理规模为480 m^3/d,因存在处理单元分散、生化系统运行维护困难、出水超标风险高等问题,技术改造工程具有其必要性。该文采用取消生化系统、对餐饮废水进行二级除油、增加除臭系统、混合污水经调节池调蓄后提升排放的技术改造路线,结果表明综合效益佳,出水水质满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(DB 31/425—2009)要求。

A wastewater treatment station was designed to treat 480 m daily of wastewater collected from the rooms and restaurants of a hotel.However,some problems occurred during the operation,such as the scattered layout of treatment units,difficult operation and maintenance of the biological treatment system,high risk of effluent quality over the standards,etc.Therefore,technical renovation was necessary.Some renovation measures of cancelling biological treatment system,adding the grease-water separator for restaurant wastewater and adding the odor removal system were adopted.Furthermore,the effluent was discharged by pumps through the regulation pool.The advantages of the technical renovation is that it increases the comprehensive benefit and guarantees that the effluent quality can meet the criteria specified in the standard of Discharge Standard for Municipal Sewerage System（DB 31/425-2009）.
