摘要
作为搬运设备,桥式起重机为整个国民经济提高和稳步增长做出了突出贡献。因为起重机行业虽应用广泛,但工作特点比较特殊,传统多用继电器来控制,而变频调速系统的应用相对晚一些,尤其是新疆、甘肃等西部地区工业和经济技术发展都相对滞后的地方,近年来随着西部大开发和中央援疆工作的推动,新疆地区工业自动化程度不断提高,逐步引进了变频调速的起重设备新技术。分析变频起重机系统的电动机选型应考虑的因素并提出各机构电动型号参考。变频起重机的电动机选型好坏,直接影响起重机的工作性能,所以必须要注意电动机的选型等一系列问题。
