摘要
针对煤化工行业高耗水现状,从工艺设计角度分析了造成水资源浪费的缘由和节水潜能。评述了煤化工行业的三个节水途径:设备节水、工艺节水和系统优化节水。讨论了包括水夹点技术在内的几种水网络优化设计方法。给出了用于多杂质水网络设计的混合整数非线性规划模型的求解算法。指出单元污水处理技术的革新、循环冷却水系统的节水技术和采用系统工程的方法对水网络的超结构进行优化,可望带来显著的节水效果。
Facing on an excess consumption of water resources in coal chemical industries, the causes of unreasonable uses of water resources and the possibility of water-saving was analyzed based on relevant process designs. Three measures of water-saving are reviewed based on equipment, process design and process system optimization. Several strategies of designing water network,including water pinch technology, are presented. Algorithms for solving a mixed integer non-linear mathematical programming model for multi-impurities water network are discussed. It was proposed that technical improvement of a waste water treatment technology, water-saving of recycled cooling system and system engineering optimization for a superstructure of water network may give remarkable effect of water-saving.
