In the background of the era of big data, the production and development of enterprises need to comprehensively consider various information factors to make the correct management decisions. The application of BI system commendably helps enterprises to achieve the integration and analysis of data, so as to provide a scientific and rational basis for decision-making. Aimed at the application of BI system in foundry enterprises, this paper studies its structural characteristics and the general situation of the application to provide useful reference for the development of foundry enterprises.
