The aluminum fluoride （ALF3） fluid-bed reactor is the core equipment of dry process aluminum fluoride. At present,aluminum fluoride fluid-bed reactor is generally made from 304 stainless steel, with poor abilities of resistance to pitting corrosion andstress corrosion resistance under the condition of low velocity, and under high temperature conditions, the oxidation reaction is easy tooccur. And Inconel 600 Ni base alloy has good resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hotprocessing and welding performance. This paper introduces the Inconel 600 material properties, welding points, fluid-bed parts molding andassembly etc.
