摘要
航班起飞前到达机场的旅客有高、低峰不同分布,机场需要在不同时段合理动态地配置值机资源,来满足旅客的需求,不仅达到目标旅客满意度,并且使成本最优。本文以首都机场T2为例,对值机柜台运行数据进行收集、归纳、分析,评估值机资源利用率,提出优化建议及未来设施补充建议,以期达到机场资源合理配置的目的。
Before the flight, passengers arriving at the airport have a high or low peak of different distribution. Airports needreasonable dynamic allocation of check-in resources in different periods, to meet passenger demand, not only to achieve the targetpassengers satisfaction, but also to achieve the optimal cost. This paper takes the capital airport T2 as an example, collects, summarizes andanalyzes check-in counter operation data, evaluates the check-in resources utilization, and puts forward optimization suggestions and futurefacilities added suggestions, in order to achieve the purpose of reasonable allocation of airport resources.
