摘要
传统的圆柱定型钢模和木模板拼缝多、造价高、自重大、耗时长、人工移动安装不方便,需要用垂直运输辅助机器进行安装。随着工程建设的需要,急需一种能解决此类难题的新型模板,以加快工程进度、保证工程质量、降低工程造价。玻璃钢模板是目前发展较好的一种新型模板,以世博工程,新加坡大士南一期、二期船坞为例,介绍了玻璃钢模板在圆柱施工中的应用,阐述玻璃钢模板的材料、设计、施工技术、应用与成效。
Traditional cylindrical shaped steel and wood templates have the disadvantages of more patchwork,high cost, large dead load,time-consuming,inconvenient to install and move by manpower and require vertical transportation auxil-iary machines for their installation.To solve these difficulties,a new template is required to speed up the progress to ensure project quality and reduce cost.This paper takes Expo project,Singapore Tuas South phase I & II docks as examples,to describe the application of FRP templates in cylinder construction and elaborate their materials,design,construction tech-nology,application and effectiveness.
