从科技书刊的编辑加工工作实务出发,针对科技书刊编辑加工工作相关的编辑美学、编辑哲学、编辑心理学等理论研究缺失的现状,分析了科技书刊编辑学习模式探究缺位的原因,介绍了影响科技书刊编辑学习模式的学习理论,即联结学习理论和认知学习理论,重点探讨了联结学习理论影响下的科技书刊编辑学习模式的弊端,以及认知学习理论中的建构主义学习理论对科技书刊编辑学习模式的影响,旨在通过科技书刊编辑学习模式的探究促进出版单位编辑业务学习和编辑培训工作。

Based on the practice of editorial work of scientific and technological books and journals,this article analyzes reasons of the absence of the learning mode investigation of scientific editors and introduces the learning theories influencing the learning mode investigation of scientific editors in view of thestatus quo of theoretical research inadequacy related to editorial work.Through the investigation,it is expected to facilitate the professional work and freshmen training of scien-tific editors.
