摘要
液压齿轮泵侧板工作时会出现磨伤、划伤等问题,严重影响齿轮泵的使用寿命和容积效率。为提高双金属齿轮侧板的软金属铜表面的耐磨性能,对齿轮泵侧板的机加工工艺进行改进;研究一种耐磨性能和润滑性能良好的高分子材料配方,并通过干燥、烧结、淬火等工艺涂覆在铜基表面。测试结果表明,齿轮泵侧板表面涂覆耐磨减摩涂料后,其耐磨性能提高了2倍,可承受30万次以上的冲击。
The problems such as abrasion and scratch are often appeared on the side panel of hydraulic gear pumps during working,which seriously affects the service life and volumetric efficiency of gear pumps.In order to improve the wear resistance of soft metal copper surface of the double metal gear side panel,the mechanical machining process was improvedfor the side panel of gear pump,and a high molecular material formula with good wear resistance and lubrication performance was studied and coated on the surface of copper base by drying,sintering and quenching process.Test results showthat the side panel coated with wear-resistant coating can withstand the impact for more than 300 000 times,and its wearresistance performance is improved by 2 times.
