以职业为导向的高职院校实用性体育课程内容优化与实施构想——以山东省高职院校为例 被引量:26

摘要 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,以山东省为例对高职院校体育课程现状进行调研,分析高职院校课程目标、课程内容以及课程设置等方面存在的问题。研究认为,当前高职院校体育课程内容长期沿袭普通高校课程内容体系,未能体现职业院校的个性特征,不能满足高职学生职业岗位特殊性身体素质的需求。基于此,提出以职业为导向的高职院校实用性体育课程内容的优化与实施构想,旨在完善高职院校体育教学内容体系,培养高职院校学生职业岗位身体素质锻炼能力和习惯,有效预防职业病的发生。 With the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics,taking Shandong as an example of physical education curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges present situation research,it made an analysis of the vocational education in the curriculum goal,curriculum content and curriculum. Studies suggest that the current quality colleges and universities sports curriculum content long- term follow course content system in general colleges and universities,failed to reflect the personality characteristics of vocational colleges,and it can not meet the needs of Higher Vocational Students' occupational special physical fitness. Based on this,it put forward to career for oriented Higher Vocational Colleges practical PE curriculum content optimization and implementation of ideas so as to improve the content of sports and teaching system in higher vocational colleges,cultivation of higher vocational college students occupational physical quality training ability and habits,effective prevention of occupational diseases.
