摘要
介绍了鞍钢自主开发的自动化炼钢模型ACSAS的静态模型、氧枪模型、动态模型、自学习模型的主要功能及技术改进情况。采用该模型后,转炉终点碳的命中率提高了2.5%,终点温度的命中率提高了10.9%,终点碳温双命中率提高了11.8%,熔剂成本下降4.6元,磷元素和碳元素超标导致的质量事故下降了52%。
The main functions and technical improvements of these models such as staticmodels, lance models, dynamic models and self-learning models for the automatic steelmakingACSAS model developed independently by Ansteel were introduced. After the model was put intooperation, the percentage of hits for the aim content of carbon in molten steel was increased by2.5%, the percentage of hits for the aim temperature of molten steel was increased by 10.9% andthe percentage of hits for both of them was increased by 1 1 .8% while the cost of flux consumptionwas reduced by 4.6 yuan RMB. And therefore the percentage of the disqualified troubles caused bythe content of phosphorus and carbon which was out of the standard values was reduced by 52%.
