摘要
锦屏二级水电站地下厂房跨度达28.3 m,吊顶结构采用外包钢现浇混凝土叠合板梁结构,具有重量轻、施工方便、外观不需要额外装饰等优点。该吊顶结构型式的采用,施工时直接应用自身结构的镀锌压型钢板作为混凝土浇筑模板,省去了施工排架,有效地解决了吊顶施工与桥机使用相互干扰问题,不仅满足了结构布置要求,还有力地保证了地下厂房的施工进度。
The underground powerhouse of the project has a span of 28.3 m, and the suspended ceiling structureadopts steel-enclosed cast-in-place concrete laminated plate-girder and has the advantages of light weight, easyconstruction and no need of extra outside decoration. By taking the galvanized profiled steel sheet as concretepouring template, the suspended ceiling structure removes the framed bent, which not only avoids the mutual interference between ceiling construction and bridge crane operation, but also ensures the construction progress ofthe underground powerhouse.
