摘要
介绍国内首款宽体轻客车型的电控式空气悬架系统开发过程,包括系统技术路线选择、基于系统模型仿真分析的硬点确定、空气弹簧计算与匹配方法、主要总成的设计要点、空气弹簧与减振器的调校思路、电控单元的选型开发,为空气悬架技术的推广应用提供借鉴。
The introduce development processes be electronically controlled air-suspensionfirst model wide-body light bus in our country, which include the system technology route selection, hard points determination based on system model simulation analysis, match and calculation method of air spring, key points of assemblies design, tuning thinking of air spring and damper, type-selection development of electronic control unit. This can provide references for the promotion application of air-suspension.
