为了满足商品房预售资金规范使用和有效监管的需要,基于J2EE技术的SSH框架设计并实现了一个商品房预售资金监管系统,实现政府监管主体工作流程的科学化、民主化,确保购房人的资金安全,维护房地产开发市场的秩序。实际应用表明,该系统具有良好的可扩展性和可维护性,满足不同条件下的监管要求。

In order to meet the needs of commercial housing pre-sale funds regulatory use and effective supervision, this paper designs SSH framework based on J2EE technology and realizes the a commercial housing pre-sale financial supervision system, to achieve the scientification and democratization of the government regulation of the main working process, ensure the safety of the purchase money, maintain order in the real estate development market. The practical application shows that the system has good scalability and maintainability, and satisfies the supervision requirements under different conditions.
