摘要
光束照明系统是流式细胞仪的重要组成部分,是确保系统实现快速准确细胞检测的关键。提出了一种基于柱透镜的流式细胞仪的单细胞照明系统设计方案,分别从几何光学和物理光学两个角度研究了该系统工作原理,推导出了照明的光束强度分布公式,并分别利用MATLAB和ZEMAX软件进行了理论模拟和优化处理;在此基础上,测试了照明光斑的强度分布,验证了方案的可行性和有效性。
Beam illumination system is an important part of flow cytometry, and the key for rapid and accurate cell detection. A single-cell illumination system for the flow cytometry based on cylindrical lens is proposed,and its principle is further studied using geometrical optics and physical optics respectively. The intensity distribution expression of the illumination beam is deduced,and the system is simulated and optimized by ZEMAX and MATLAB software respectively. Based on this, the illumination intensity distribution is tested. The theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.
