摘要
电力用户的安全用电问题已经越来越被重视,而目前针对这一问题的研究大多局限于定性研究。提出了一种定量研究用电安全的新方法,运用灰色关联度对VIKOR法进行改进;提出一种基于区间数改进权重和灰色VIKOR法的多属性决策方法,首先运用区间数的可能度定义,确定了一种新的确定权重的思路,同时以灰色关联度为决策矩阵,利用VIKOR法的最接近理想解的思想,在可接受度优势和决策过程稳定性的条件下对各方法进行排序,从而选择出最佳决策方案。实例分析对各个方案进行了排序并与逼近理想解法对比,验证了该模型的有效性与实用性。
The electric safety of power consumers has been attached more and more importance to, but the study of this problem is mostly confined to qualitative research. Therefore, this paper proposes a new method to study electric safety quantitatively. This method introduces the grey correlation degree into VIKOR method,then a MADM method based on interval numbers and grey VIKOR is put forward. Firstly, this method applies the possibility degree of interval numbers to work out a new way to determine the weights. Then, the decision matrix is constructed by grey correlation degree. Finally, based on the advantage of the acceptability and the stability of the decision process, this method chooses the optimal solution after sorting all alternatives. The case study compares with TOPSIS method and verifies the validity and the practicality of this model.
