摘要
为提高10 kV配电线路运行的可靠性,保证配电网安全、稳定运行,结合带电作业实际工作特点,分析带电作业所需安全技术条件,剖析危险点,从某单位具体情况出发,提出10 kV配电线路带电作业工作管理模式,全过程把控带电作业各个环节。
In order to improve the reliability of 10 kV distribution lines, and ensure the safe and stable operation of electric power system, the techniques to ensure the safety of live working are analyzed and combining with the actual characteristics of live working, the pre-control measures for live working on 10 kV distribution lines are proposed.
