俄制800MW机组立式高加水位波动探讨

摘要 针对某800 MW机组6号立式高压加热器水位波动长期超标的问题,通过分析总结高加水位影响的因素,利用试验手段逐一排除,最终确定了高加水位波动的原因是比例积分微分调节参数设置不合理、阀门泄漏等因素造成的,经过检修和试验彻底解决了该问题。 In view of the long-term over standard problem of water-level fluctuation of a vertical high-pressure heater in an 800 MW unit in Suzhong Power Generation Co., Ltd., the factors that might influence the water level are analyzed and summarized. Through experiments, the doubtful factors are excluded one by one, and eventually it is determined that unreasonable PID parameter setting and valve leaking etc. are the real reasons. After inspection and experiment, the problems are resolved completely.
