摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、长碳链三甲氧基硅烷、环氧氯丙烷及N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成了含长碳链、氨基、乙烯基、环氧基的共改性硅油。对改性时间、温度,抽真空时间、温度,环氧氯丙烷用量做单因素实验,改性原料做正交实验,得到最佳合成工艺。产物可赋予棉织物优异的防水性、耐久性和良好手感。
In this study, the co-modified silicone oil with long carbon chain,amino, vinyl and epoxygroup was synthesized by octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane ( D4 ) ,vinyltriethoxysilane,longcarbonchaintrim ethoxysilane and N-β ( aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxysilane trimethoxysilane as the raw material.The optimum process conditions are performed by the time and temperature,time and temperature and the amount of epichlorohydrin,and the orthogonal experiments of the modified raw materials. When thesynthetic product is applied on the fabric,it gives the fabric excellent waterproof,good hand feel.
