From Comparative Literature to Comparative Poetics: The Characteristic and Inspiration of Yang Zhou-han's Comparative Literature Studies

作为学界公认的中国比较文学奠基人之一,杨周翰为中国比较文学学科的建立做出了很大的贡献。纵观杨周翰的比较文学研究,呈现出"立足于美学的沉思""多种方法融会贯通"以及"中西诗学平等对话"三种鲜明特色,对当今比较文学及比较诗学研究仍具有启发意义。

As one of the recognized founders of Chinese comparative literature in the academia circles, Yang Zhou-han made a great contribution to the construction of the discipline of Chinese comparative literature. Throughout Yang Zhou-han＇s comparative literature studies, there are three distinct characteristic： based on the aesthetic contemplation, using various methods flexibly and keeping an equal dialogue between Chinese and western poetics, which also have great enlightening meaning in the comparative literature and comparative poetics studies nowadays.
