摘要 企业要适应信息化社会及瞬息万变的市场环境,必须要拥有优秀的人才队伍。薪酬制度是留住和激励人才的关键因素。在当代企业中,60、70后员工已成为中坚力量,80、90后员工已逐步成为职场主体。不同年龄结构的员工具有不同的个性需求,设计科学、多元、高效的薪酬制度是企业管理的重要课题。 The enterprise should adapt to the information society and the changing market environment. It must have a good team of talents. Salary system is the key factor to retain and motivate talents. In contemporary enterprises, employees who were bor in 1960 s and1970s have become the backbones of the enterprise. And the employees who were born in 1980 s and 1990 s have gradually become the main body of the workplace. Different age structures of employees have different characteristics. The design of a scientific, diverse and efficient salary system is an important task of enterprise management.
