摘要
一面坡镇位于黑龙江省尚志市境内,近年来成为黑龙江省大力发展振兴的城镇之一。然而,一面坡镇还存在着许多制约其可持续发展的诸多问题。从经济系统、社会系统、人口与人民生活系统、资源系统、环境系统5大方面建立了一面坡镇可持续发展综合评价指标体系,采用集对分析、AHP-EVM组合赋权法对影响一面坡镇的可持续发展因素进行了定性与定量指标分析与评价,以资为一面坡镇的可持续发展提供参考依据。
Recently, the Yimianpo town of Shangzhi city has become one of the revitalization towns in Heilongjiang Province. However, there are a series of constraints issues which hinders the sustainable development of Yimianpo town, A comprehensive evaluation system of the Yimianpo town is set up form five major aspects of sustainable development- economic system, social system, population and people living systems, resource systems and environmental systems. The set pair analysis and the impact of combination weighting method AHP-EVM are used do the qualitative and quantitative stud of Yimianpo town in order to provide some suggestiong for its sustainable development.
