基于大学章程的我国高校内部管理模式转变

A Study on the Change of Internal Management Mode in Chinese University

由于政府职能的转变,高校内部管理模式也应有相应的转变。大学章程是高校内部运行的总纲,能够充分保障学术权力的有效实施。高校应从制度层面、运行层面、理念层面三个维度推进大学以"章程"为核心的管理模式改革,实现高校内部以学术为中心的服务型管理模式。

Due to the changes of government functions and realization of autonomy for university establishment, internal management in the universities should be changed. University statutes is a master of the management systems, which is the constitution of the university＇s existing and running. Internal management mode should be promoted from three dimensions of institutional level, operational level, the conceptual level to achieve academic service-oriented management mode.
