摘要
临港海洋重工建造基地大多采用滑道作为海工产品的出运平台。海工产品的自重和滑道结构断面均较大,在滑道结构计算中存在水平摩擦力的处理和计算模型的选取两个难题。通过对组块出运过程的受力分析及采用相应结构缝的处理措施,排除了摩擦力对结构的不利影响;通过对比分析刚性桩台和柔性桩台的计算思路和结果,给出了合理的结构计算方法,可为类似工程提供参考。
Slipways are often taken as shipment base for marine products from heavy industry base in harbor areas. As thehuge deadweight of marine products and the large cross section of a slipway, there are two problems in calculating the structureof slipway. The first is how to handle the horizontal friction and the second one is how to set up a proper computing model. Byforce analysis of shipment process and taking constructional measures, adverse effect of friction force has been eliminated. Bycomparing the calculation concept and the results of rigid and flexible pile capping, a proper computing method is proposed,which are references for similar projects.
