摘要
目的:为了对医院精神科患者的药品不良反应进行分析,为实际临床应用提供参考,提高用药的安全性。方法:选取350例患者的病例,对其中使用精神科药品所导致药品不良反应的情况,进行分类统计与分析。结果:统计结果表明,药品不良反应患者的临床表现为中枢神经与外周神经系统、肝胆系统、肠胃功能以及血液皮肤系统遭受损坏。发生精神科药品ADR的患者中,男女比例为1:0.85。结论:要对精神科患者的药品,进行严格的安全监测,临床用药需要科学合理,保障患者用药的安全。
Objective:To analyze adverse drug reactions in the psychiatric department of the hospital,and provide a reference for the clinical application,in order to improve the safety of drug use. Methods:350 cases were selected,and their adverse drug reac-tions induced by the psychiatric medicines were classified and statistically analyzed. Results:The statistical results showed that the clinical manifestations of adverse drug reactions were mainly in the central nervous system,liver and gallbladder system,gastrointesti-nal function and blood skin system. The proportion of men and women was 1:0. 85 for the occurrence of ADR in the psychiatric depart-ment. Conclusions:We must have a strict safety monitoring,and the clinical medicine needs to be scientific and reasonable,thus pro-tecting the safety of patients with medication.
