宁波市不动产登记信息管理平台设计与初步实现

Ningbo Real Estate Registration Information Management Platform Design and Initial Implementation

建立集不动产权籍调查成果管理、登记业务管理、登记档案管理、登记信息汇交与监管、登记信息共享等功能为一体的不动产登记信息管理平台和标准统一、分布合理、实时共享的不动产登记数据库体系,既有利于方便群众办证,提高办证效率,还有利于保障不动产交易安全,保护群众合法权益。本文以宁波为例,简要阐述了宁波市不动产登记信息管理平台总体设计和系统建设相关内容,对当前全面实施不动产登记,实现"四统一"的目标进行了一些探索。

Establishing the right set of real estate cadastral survey results-based management, business managementregistration, registration records management, and regulatory concurrent registration information, registration informationsharing and other functions as one of the real estate registration information management platform and unified standards,reasonable distribution, real-time sharing of real estate registration database system, both to facilitate the masses in favorof accreditation, accreditation to improve efficiency, but also help protect the security of real estate transactions, protectthe legitimate rights and interests. Taking Ningbo as an example, a brief description of Ningbo City real estate registrationinformation management system platform for the overall design and construction-related content, the full implementation ofthe objectives of the current real estate registration, to achieve the ＂four unity＂ conducted some exploration.
