博鳌亚洲论坛开幕式演讲词翻译策略探究——目的论视角

A Study on the Translation Strategies of the Opening Ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia——From the Perspective of Skopos Theory

博鳌亚洲论坛作为亚洲各国政治经贸高层次论坛,每年定期在我国海南博鳌举行,每届论坛都有一个新的主题,大多与亚洲经济发展以及世界和平相关。根据德国功能翻译学派核心理论——目的论,翻译行为应由整体翻译目的决定。为了更好地做好外宣材料翻译工作,从目的论视角对博鳌亚洲论坛开幕式演讲词翻译策略进行探究,结果表明,在进行外宣材料翻译时,译者应牢记目的论翻译原则,以满足目的语受众的预期需求为准则,有效推介中国政府的立场,将中国政府的声音最大限度地传递给世界。

As a high level of Asian political and Economic Forum,the Boao Forum for Asia was held regularly every year in Boao,Hainan,every forum has a new theme,mostly related to the development of the Asian economy and the world peace.According to the core theory of German functional translation school,the purpose of translation should be decided by the whole translation skopos.In order to do a better job of publicity materials translation,explore translation strategies of the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia from the perspective of skopos theory.The results showed that in the translation of publici-ty materials,the translator should bear in mind the Skopos principle,to meet the expected demand for the target audience as a criterion,effectively promote the position of the Chinese government,transferring the voice of the Chinese government to the world to the maximum extent.
