Review on Studies of Supervision on Asset Securitization in China

中国信贷资产证券化监管研究伴随本次全球次贷危机的发生、发展而日渐深化。次贷危机前的研究以推进为主,次贷危机爆发后的研究为反思、质疑和完善为主。既有中国信贷资产证券化监管研究日渐丰富,其研究对象侧重于商业银行和评级机构的改进,研究内容呈现具体化、微观化与实用性趋势。研究方法上,次贷危机前多为理论分析,危机爆发后则逐渐转向重视实证检验。未来研究需要在精准研究对象,丰富研究内容,加强配套制度建设,强化服务机构监管,丰富研究方法方面作出努力。

With the occurrence of the global subprime mortgage crisis,Chinas credit asset secsecurities regulatory research has gradually been deepened. Before the subprime crimainly focused on promotion , and the study of the subprime mortgage crisis is mainly on and consummations. China credit asset securtization regulator research is increasingly rich. Thses on the improvement of commercial banks and rating agencies,and the research content is specific, micro and practical. As for the research methodology, the study on the preloan crsis is based on thetheoretical analysis, and the empirical test is gradually based on the outbreak of the crsis. But we still need tostudy the object,enrch the research content,strengthen the system constrnction,strengthen the supserice organizations and enrch the research methods.
