The corrosion investigation of an oil refinery maintenance unit is introduced. The main corrosion problems of the device are described in details , for example, the severe corrosion occurred in the top of atmospheric tower, high pressure heat exchanger for hydro cracking unit, heat exchanger for delayed coking unit, acid water tank for sulfur recovery unit, reactor for manufacturing hydrogen devices. On this basis, the corrosion reason is analyzed and the corresponding solutions or suggestions are simply introduced. It provides a reference for the corrosion and protection of the similar oil refining device.
