煤焦油中低含量组分气液平衡模拟计算

Simulation of vapor-liquid equilibrium of low content components in coal tar

摘要 利用Aspen Plus模拟软件,采用合适的物性方法,建立煤焦油蒸馏模型。研究了温度、压力对低含量组分气液相平衡数据的影响。模拟数据表明随着温度的升高,低含量组分在气相中质量分数都在200℃-300℃左右出现峰值,在液相中质量分数随着温度的升高而降低;吡啶、2-甲基萘、1-甲基萘、二甲基萘、吲哚和芴分别在200℃-210℃、260℃-270℃、240℃-250℃、250℃-260℃、260℃-270℃和270℃-280℃馏分段富集,降低压力对组分在气液相中分布影响不大。模拟结果为煤焦油的精细化分离提供了理论依据。 The distillation simulation model of coal tar was set up by Aspen plus with the appropriate method of physical property. With this model, the influence was researched about temperature and pressure on the mass fractions of low content components in vapor and liquid phase produced by distillation of coal tar. The simulation results show pyridine, 2-methyl naphthalene and 1-methylnaphthalene, indole, dimethylnaphthalene and fluorine have the largest mass fractions in the vapor phases, respectively in (200-210)℃, (210-260)℃, (240-250)℃, (250-260)℃, (260-260)℃and (270-280)℃; and with increasing of temperature, the mass fractions of low content components decrease; the pressure give less effect on the distribution of the low content components in vapor and liquid phase. These studies will provide a reference for separation of coal tar.
