基于IPA分析的民族地区大遗址景区游客感知研究——以桂林灵渠景区为例

Research on Tourist's Perception of Large Scale Relics Sites in Minority Area Based on IPA Analysis——A Case Study of Guilin Ling Canal Scenic Spot

旅游者作为旅游活动的主体,其感知和态度对遗产旅游地的可持续发展至关重要。文章以桂林灵渠景区为研究对象,在参考和借鉴游客感知相关文献的基础上,构建了桂林灵渠景区游客感知量表,由旅游资源、旅游设施、旅游服务和旅游环境等4个维度24项指标构成,通过实地调研,运用IPA分析方法对桂林灵渠景区游客感知进行评价,并据此提出有针对性的建议,以期为国内同类景区的可持续发展提供一定的理论参考和经验借鉴。

As the main part of tourism activities,tourists＇ perception and attitude are essential for the sustainable development of heritage sightseeing destinations.This paper takes Ling Canal as the study subject Taking reference of the relative studies on tourists＇ perception,the author constructs the scale of tourists＇ perception,which is composed by 4 dimensions and 24 indicators,such as tourism resources,tourism facilities,tourism services and tourism environment By the means of field research and EPA analysis,the author analyzes the tourists＇ perception of Guilin Lingqu scenic area,and proposes specific suggestions accordingly,hoping to provide some theoretical reference and experience for sustainable development of similar scenic area in China.
