Traditional Social Integration and Harmonious Society Construction in Tibet

西藏传统社会是以血缘、亲缘、地缘为主的共同体,亲属制度、宗教信仰、社会网络、村落组织等是社会整合的有效方式。和平解放所带来的制度变革,以及改革开放以来世俗化、现代性的冲击,使西藏的传统社会整合方式发生了变化。传统社会整合与西藏和谐社会构建有着密切的关系。在实际过程中,既要充分利用传统社会整合力量中的有利因素,也要避免固有的社会制度对和谐社会的不利影响。

Traditional Tibetan society is a community based on blood,kinship and geographical relationship.The kinship system,religion,social network and village organization are effective ways of social integration.Institutional change brought by the peaceful liberation,and the impact of secularization,modernity since the reform and opening up,have changed its traditional social integration mode.The traditional social integration mode has a close relationship with harmonious society construction in Tibet.In practice,we should both make full use of the favorable factors in traditional social integration force,and avoid the adverse effects of the inherent social system on harmonious society.
