藏传佛教寺院治理的历史演进及当代启示

Historical Evaluation and Contemporary Enlightenment of Tibetan Buddhist Temples ' Management

一个国家或民族传统文化仍然不失为国家或公共事务治理的重要内容,藏传佛教是藏族文化的主体和核心,藏传佛教所特有的文化属性无疑影响着藏传佛教寺院治理。从藏传佛教寺院治理制度演进轨迹来看,不同的历史时代,有着不同的环境、组织、形式和内容。但在当下藏传佛教寺院治理中恰恰忽略了藏传佛教及寺院所具有的文化特点和属性,更多关注社会层面的问题。因此,建立传统与现代交融的藏传佛教事务社会治理体系,须从藏传佛教及寺院本身所具有的文化属性特点,审视藏传佛教事务社会治理,构建起与当下社会发展相适应的治理机制。

The traditional culture of a nation is still an important part of public affairs governing.As the core portion of Tibetan culture,Tibetan Buddhism has strong influence on the governing of its temples with the peculiar cultural features.From the evaluation track of its governing system,there are different environments,organizations,forms and contents in different periods,but the peculiar features of it have been neglected in contemporary governing,and much more attention are paid on problems of social aspect.In order to build up a traditional and modern blended management system,it is necessary to survey the social management of Tibetan Buddhist affairs from its own cultural features and set up the governing system which is suitable for the development of current society.
