加减温经方治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经48例观察

目的:观察加减温经方治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组根据患者辨证体质给予中药加减温经方治疗,对照组口服孕三烯酮胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.75%,对照组72.92%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组痛经积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加减温经方治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经,能够改善痛经症状,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on endometriosis dysmenorrhea treated by modified Wenjing Decoction. Method： 96 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with modified Wenjing Decoction based on the patient syndrome differentiation, one day one decoction, a half in the morning and another in the evening while the control group were treated with Gestrinone capsules by oral administration. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75% while that of the control group 72.92%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . There was statistically significant difference in dysmenorrhea integral between the two groups （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： In the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrheal, modified Wenjing Decoction could eliminate or significantly reduce symptoms of dysmenorrheal and improve quality of life.
