中西医结合治疗自身免疫性肝炎30例观察

Observation on 30 Cases of Autoimmune Hepatitis Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察滋补肝肾方治疗自身免疫性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用滋补肝肾方中药汤剂治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后肝生化指标的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效及肝生化指标改善均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:滋补肝肾方联合西医常规治疗自身免疫性肝炎疗效显著。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of nourishing liver and kidney recipe in treating autoimmune hepatitis. Methods： 60 patients with autoimmune hepatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment of Western medicine, treatment group in the control group based on the use of decoction for nourishing liver and kidney prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, two groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The clinical effects and changes of liver biochemical indexes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results： After treatment, the clinical curative effect and the improvement of liver biochemical indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： Nourishing liver and kidney recipe combined with western medicine for the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis.
