中西药合用治疗手足口病轻症湿热蕴毒型疗效观察

目的:观察中西药合用治疗湿热蕴毒型手足口病轻症的疗效。方法:86例分为观察组和对照组各43例,两组均用常规疗法,观察组加用中药外洗治疗。结果:总有效率对照组83.72%、观察组97.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西药合用治疗手足口病轻症湿热蕴毒型能够改善临床症状,缩短病程。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on hand-foot-mouth disease with stagnation of pathogenic dampness and heat type treated with combination of TCM and western medicine. Method： 86 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group evenly in random. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy and the observation group were treated with external washout with traditional Chinese herbs in addition. Result： The total effective rate of the control group was 83.72% while that of the observation group was 97.68%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （P〈O.05） .Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine could effectively improve the clinical symptom and shorten the course of disease in the treatment of for hand-foot-mouth disease with stagnation of pathogenic dampness and heat type.
