摘要
通过人群试食试验评价核桃植物蛋白饮料改善记忆的功能。采用随机对照双盲的试验设计,将120名大学生随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组饮用核桃植物蛋白饮料,对照组饮用外型包装口感均与受试样品相同的产品,每日2罐(240 m L/罐),连续饮用60 d。试验前、后分别使用中国科学院心理研究所编制的临床记忆量表评价记忆水平。结果表明,试验组的男生和女生在饮用核桃植物蛋白饮料后,指向记忆年龄量表分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验前、后自身对照结果表明,在排除迁移学习和心理暗示的影响后,试验组明显改善了图像自由记忆、人像特点回忆和记忆商方面的记忆水平(P<0.05)。结果表明,核桃植物蛋白饮料具有一定改善记忆的功能。
This study aimed to investigate the effect of walnut milk on cognitive function in a randomized, doubleblind, placebo-controlled trial. 120 college students were given either walnut milk(two cans day(-1), 240 mL can(-1)), or placebo for 60 days. The cognitive function was evaluated by using "The Clinical Memory Test" before and after the intervention for each student. Results showed that walnut milk led to higher pointing memory scores in experimental boys and girls compared to the placebo groups(P〈0.05). And the scores of picture free recall test, portrait characteristic relationship recall test and the memory quotient were significantly increased in the experimental groups. These data suggest that walnut could improve the learning and memory function in college students.
