摘要
以热塑性过氯乙烯树脂和酚醛树脂为主成膜物质,增韧剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂等为功能助剂,制备了一种溶剂型可剥涂料。以耐盐雾性能、可剥性能和拉伸性能为指标,通过均匀试验和正交试验优化过氯乙烯树脂、酚醛树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、羊毛脂和石油磺酸钡的用量,获得的最优配方(以相对于溶剂的质量分数表示)为:过氯乙烯树脂26.0%,酚醛树脂22.0%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7.0%,羊毛脂5.0%,石油磺酸钡1.6%。由此制备的膜层抗拉强度高达8.6 MPa,180°剥离强度13.9 N/cm,耐盐雾腐蚀时间大于72 h。
A solvent type strippable coating was prepared based on thermoplastic chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and phenolic resin with flexibilizer, corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants and other functional additives. The contents of CPVC, phenolic resin, dibutyl phthalate, lanolin and barium petroleum sulfonate were optimized by uniform experiment and orthogonal test using salt spray resistance, peeling strength and tensile strength as the evaluating indexes. The optimized main composition is as follows (vs. solvent content): CPVC 26.0wt%, phenolic resin 22.0wt%, dibutyl phthalate 7.0wt%, lanolin 5.0wt%, and barium petroleum sulfonate 1.6wt%. The coating prepared therefrom has a tensile strength up to 8.6 MPa, 180° peel strength 13.9 N/cm, and salt spray corrosion resistance longer than 72 h.
