摘要
对硫化镍精矿进行预干燥是冶炼镍生产过程中的重要环节。采用蒸汽管回转圆筒干燥机,通过改变蒸汽管干燥机的转速、加料量、原料湿分质量分数等参数对镍精矿进行干燥试验,探讨了镍精矿干燥工艺和设备的新路线,证明蒸汽管圆筒干燥机应用于含水15%以下的镍精矿深度干燥是可行的,蒸汽干燥后的尾气不含SO_2,为镍冶炼预干燥工艺提供了新的思路。
To pre-drying of nickel sulfide concentrate is an important part in the process of smelting nickel.The rotary steam tube dryer,by changing the parameters of steam tube dryer speed,feeding rate,wet weight of material of drying test,nickel concentrate drying process and equipment,the new route is discussed.It is proved that the rotary steam tube dryer＇s application in15% water in nickel concentrate further drying is feasible,exhaust steam after drying without SO_2.The experiment provides a new way of thinking for the nickel smelting pre-drying process.
