摘要
水封罐是催化裂化装置能量回收系统重要的辅助设备,主要作用是有效阻断烟道中的烟气。设计合理的水封罐不仅能较好地起到密封及安全防护作用,而且投资省、压降小。介绍了烟气能量回收系统流程中较典型水封罐的工作原理,分析了水封罐主要结构尺寸的确定方法,对水封罐的选材、制造、检验要求以及注意事项进行了详细说明,对水封罐的设计具有指导意义。
Water seal tank is an important auxiliary equipment in energy recovery system in fluid catalytic cracking unit,its main action is to block flue gas effectively.A rational water seal tank will have not only effective sealing and safety protection,but also less investment and low pressure drop.This article begins from process flowsheet diagram of energy recovery system,takes a typical water seal tank in the process flowsheet diagram for example,introduces the principle about water seal tank,and analyzes how to ensure the primary structure dimensions of water seal tank.Meanwhile,material selection,manufacture and examination requirements,and some considerations are introduced.It bases on the theory,leads into some typical experience about manufacturing and using,it can guide the design of water seal tank.
