摘要
镍制熔盐加热器为固定管板式热交换器结构,对镍制熔盐加热器出现的换热管与管板连接接头泄漏进行修复,通过对接头部位采用不同清理及焊接工艺实施效果的比较,确定了以机械清理、加热清理、循环水冲洗、较小热输入量的氩弧焊等为重要措施的修复工艺,解决了换热管与管板连接接头泄漏修复时存在的熔盐残留清理困难、维修焊缝质量不易保证及耐蚀性能差等问题,可为同类设备的维修提供参考。
Nickel heat exchanger with fused salt is fixed tubesheet heat exchanger structure.The repairing technology for the joints leakage of tubes and tubesheet of nickel heat exchanger was described.Through the comparison of several different welding and cleaning methods,the repairing process including mechanical cleaning,heated cleaning,recycled water washing,argon arc welding with less heat input were confirmed.Finally,some problems such as the cleaning difficulty of fused salt residue,instability of repairing welding and bad corrosion resistance were resolved.And reference for such equipment maintenance was also provided.
